When I was just 7 years old I was diagnosed with Leukemia, a certain type of cancer. It was really rough on my family and myself but we got through it and I’ve been in remission for about 5 years. The black birds represent the struggles I’ve faced in the past during this fight and the Orange bird represents the Leukemia survivors ribbon color.
